1. The Existential Identity Crisis of Millennials - Gord Carkner

Millennials, one of the largest generations yet, are struggling with daunting existential concerns, both personal and cultural. This session will outline key issues of this identity crisis, and offer direction to recover their hope and sense of calling.

2. Start Slow/Small to go Fast/Big in Disciple Making - Don Klassen

Disciple Making Movements are sweeping through some of the most gospel resistant areas. Canada has yet to see a large movement. Learn what has to change and what we as Christians need to place on the altar for God to work in Canada, as well as how to sacrifice immediate results for long term gain.

Saturday, February 1st at 12:30 pm, Level 2, Room 19

3. {Series: Into the Neighborhood} Changing Neighbourhoods: Impact of Immigration - Lorne Hunter

Immigration has played a major role in Canada’s history. Between 2008 and 2017, 2.66 million permanent residents arrived Canada. Buddhist, Sikh, Hindu and Muslim places of worship are established. Combining Census data and places of worship onto maps will help us see our neighbourhoods differently.

Saturday February 1st at 3:30 pm, Level 2, Room 10

4. Ancient Mysteries Revealed: Rediscovering Hospitality in a Western Context - Craig Kraft

Our society has simplified hospitality to the entertaining friends and family or greeting people at the church door and offering a cup of coffee. We will examine the historical importance of hospitality in the early church and how the ancient art could be the key to mission in 21st Century Canada.

Saturday February 1st at 5:00 pm, Level 2, Room 14

5. {Series: Muslim Ministry} Loving a Mosque Community Together - Lorna Johnston

There are around 650 mosques across Canada, each serving a community of Muslims who gather for prayer/other events. Like never before, churches can engage in cross-cultural ministry in their neighbourhood beginning with prayer. Come explore a simple plan to begin to pray for your mosque community.

Saturday at 5:00 pm, Level 2, Room 16
